This policy covers the TakaCAD website, contact forms, trial and paid licenses, and the TakaCAD application installed on an engineer’s computer.

Data you provide: Name, email, phone number, company name, and the message you send when you request a consultation, trial, or technical support.

License data: Activation codes, the device identifier used to validate a license, the software version, and crash details when you send a problem report.

Your drawings: Shop drawings, models, and rebar schedules are processed on your computer. TakaCAD does not upload those files to our servers merely to run detailing commands.

We use the data to issue licenses, answer support requests, improve rebar detailing features, and protect accounts from unauthorized access.

No sale of data: We do not sell contact lists or drawing content to third parties for their own marketing.

Website cookies: The website remembers the language you choose and measures visits so we can improve guides and product pages.

Retention: Contact and license records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service, invoicing, and technical support, then deleted or anonymized.

Requests: You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal data, or to stop product emails.
